Strategic Partners

Executed with proven operators

CAL's model rests on a defined set of operating, technical and commercial partners — each with a demonstrated track record in Nigeria or in directly comparable jurisdictions.

Project Manager

Managed by American West African Agro (AWAA)

Day-to-day development and management of the CAL project is led by AWAA — an American-incorporated agricultural developer with a long operating presence in Nigeria. AWAA coordinates design, construction, procurement and operations across the complex, deploying its own personnel, equipment and field-tested systems.

  • Develops and manages the business end-to-end
  • Coordinates project funding with the company's financial advisors
  • Provides technical experts across irrigation, farming and livestock
  • Secures market access for crops and livestock
  • Provides equipment hire and inputs to outgrowers

JIL Farms & Equipment Limited

EDUTraining Partners

University Partnerships

CAL's training centre works with universities to draw on agricultural curriculum and applied-research expertise, delivering practical, modern-mechanised training to Nigerian youth, technicians and outgrowers, and supporting extension services for the wider community.
